Project initiation

This article contains the scope of services of the BIM specialist coordination (BFK) for the project initiation phase (corresponds to LPH1 – basic analysis according to LM.OA.BIM) and is basically based on the specifications of the openBIM project implementation.

Definition of the service profile

The LM.BIM 2025 service profile divides the services into basic services and optional services – These are summarized in one column. Optional services are declared using the LM.BIM code with the attached note “optional”.

BFK-1.A.2Umsetzung der Vorgaben aus der Auftraggeber Informationsanforderung (AIA) und BIM Abwicklungsplan (BAP), bzw. dem Projekthandbuch
BFK-1.A.2.1 Prüfung und Abstimmung der Datenstruktur, Sicherstellung der Tauglichkeit für die Erfüllung der im AIA/BAP definierten Anwendungsfälle.
BFK-1.A.2.2 Übernahme beigestellter bzw. Aufbau der notwendigen Prüfregeln zur Modellprüfung der BFK
BFK-1.A.2.3 Mitwirkung bei Testläufen zur Validierung der Modellinhalte (z.B. übereinstimmende Georeferenzierung, etc.)
BFK-1.A.3-O (optional)Teilnahme an den BIM-Erhebungen
